Not just another snare stick, but a refined, balanced and–arguably–the best playing experience I’ve had with a concert snare drum stick in decades! Congratulations on a wonderful addition to the percussionist’s palette! Overall, the words that best describe your sticks are Classy, Professional, Beautifully balanced. I like them enough to switch from my current to your Bolero rosewoods as my go-to stick.

As a music educator and lifelong percussionist I find the Harlan Rosewood sticks to be my all-time favorite. When a friend tried them out during a recent concert he exclaimed “These sticks practically play themselves.” Both the Goodman and Holmes style sticks are perfectly balanced, easy in the hands and visually gorgeous. The silri wood sticks are well balanced and perfectly turned as well. All sticks are a great additions to your sticks. Whether pro, amateur or student! Seriously worth the money!

I bought the rosewood Goodman and Holmes models and love them both. I was fortunate enough to study with both Rick Holmes and Saul Goodman, so there is a nostalgic kick to holding these faithful reproductions of their original, handmade sticks. The wood is beautiful and ‘Harlan’ is laser cut into the sticks in a way that echoes the originals while bringing them up to date. They are a great investment and I highly recommend both models!
